Sam Lord’s Castle

Located in Barbados, Sam Lord’s Castle is a historically significant site that will soon be transformed into a 5-diamond resort managed by Wyndham Grand Resort. Operating with both timeshare units and standard rooms, the property’s poolscapes offer distinctive swimming venues to cater to all guests. Two separate timeshare river pools provide guests with swim-up access to their rooms, while additional guests can visit two other offerings: an adult pool and a family pool with an interactive water feature. The adult pool is comprised of an upper pool and lower pool separated by an infinity-edge overflow that cascades into the lower tier for additional deck space. The family pool includes a zero-entry with foaming jets as well as a swim-up bar. Adjacent to the pool is a zero-depth interactive water feature with two slides twisting around its structure. Splashing play elements surround the deck offering every member of the family a fun way to cool off in the sun. A series of decorative fountains throughout the property also welcome guests to the resort and tie together the differing architectural styles.
