The Client Services team acts as the liaison between the project leadership team (owners, operators, and prime consultants) and Martin Aquatic’s designers/engineers. They work to ensure that projects reach their major milestones on schedule, directing the work of all internal departments.
The Engineering team is integral to all phases of our projects: during the Pre-Design stage to check preliminary site layouts for code compliance, throughout the Engineering phase, and in the Post-Design phase as changes in construction introduce new variables to assess.
The Creative Design team works to establish project goals while shaping a preliminary budget to understand what is achievable. This team utilizes hand sketching, 3D renders, theme design, budgeting analysis, and site programming to create a cohesive vision for a project.
The Production team utilizes knowledge of every engineering discipline (mechanical, chemical, hydraulic, structural, and electrical) to design and deliver our comprehensive set of construction documents. They are experienced in CAD and work natively in Revit to coordinate with other consultants on the project team for drawings packages engineered to the highest standards.
The Admin team supports the work of Martin Aquatic’s designers and engineers by handling all aspects of the company, from financial services, to IT responsibilities, to marketing and communications.
