Jeff Kern joined Martin Aquatic in 2008 in an advisory role, consulting the leadership team on strategic operations and financial direction. Now, in his position as COO/CFO, he manages the overall workflow of the staff, overseeing project timelines and company structure. Jeff also brings his financial background to this dual position, having provided CFO services for mid-sized corporations as well as a variety of ministries in the non-profit sector. Jeff’s experience in organizational leadership with a focus on professional development has been a key driver of Martin Aquatic’s development and sustainable growth over the past 16 years.
