Located in downtown Orlando, Modera Central is a 22-story mixed-use development with 350 luxury apartments just across from the city’s iconic Lake Eola. Overtop the parking structure sits a rooftop pool deck that offers residents a relaxing outdoor retreat right in the heart of the city.
