Martin Aquatic Recognized as Top Company to Work for in Florida

This marks the third year that the aquatic engineering firm has won the award.

In the latest issue of Florida Trend business publication, Martin Aquatic was among the 100 companies named to the annual Florida’s Best Companies to Work For list.

Martin Aquatic joins just 6 other engineering companies around the state that made the list, split among Large (250 or more employees), Midsize (50-249), and Martin Aquatic’s category of Small Companies (under 50). The program ranked participants by combining the results of an evaluation of workplace policies and practices with a survey to measure employee satisfaction.
