Lucy Toledo joined Martin Aquatic in 2026 as Estimator, bringing a diverse skillset in comprehensive project budgeting. After progressing through the painting and fabrication industry to work on large concrete construction projects, Lucy is applying her mastery of civil infrastructure to aquatic engineering by developing new standards within Martin Aquatic’s Central Services studio. With experience in numerous design and construction softwares, she will help streamline project costing while supporting the sales, design, and project management teams.
