System Administrator

We are seeking a Systems Administrator to join our growing technology operations team. This role is an opportunity to help support and protect the systems, platforms, and AI tools that power our company while contributing to a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.

This role focuses on IT administration, security operations, user access management, and AI platform support across the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable supporting both technical and non-technical teams while maintaining a secure, efficient, and well-governed environment.

This is a full-time onsite position based in our Downtown Orlando office.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT/security operations
  • Strong understanding of IT security fundamentals including MFA, password hygiene, identity and access management, and endpoint security
  • Experience administering platforms such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Dropbox, Okta, 1Password, or similar systems
  • Comfortable working with modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar technologies
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to support both technical and non-technical users professionally and patiently
  • Comfortable learning new systems, workflows, and technologies in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to stay organized across multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow
  • Ability to handle sensitive systems, company data, and confidential information responsibly

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • CompTIA, Microsoft, Google, or other IT/security certifications
  • Experience supporting a professional services, engineering, architecture, or design firm
  • Familiarity with GitHub, Vercel, Supabase, or other cloud-based administrative platforms
  • Experience with endpoint management or security monitoring tools
  • Experience supporting hybrid technical and non-technical teams
  • Basic scripting or automation experience

 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding across company systems and platforms
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across cloud-based systems and internal applications
  • Support password management, MFA enrollment, and company-wide security best practices
  • Help maintain endpoint security, account hygiene, and credential management standards
  • Monitor systems and environments for unusual access, failed logins, expired credentials, or operational concerns
  • Assist with software licensing, subscriptions, and vendor account administration
  • Maintain internal IT documentation, procedures, and operational runbooks
  • Run regular access reviews, audits, and account cleanup processes
  • Support staff with troubleshooting, setup, and day-to-day technology needs
  • Assist with administration and support of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, and related platforms
  • Help employees use AI tools safely and responsibly within company policies and guidelines
  • Assist with AI-related account management, user access, billing, and platform organization
  • Help develop internal training resources, cheat sheets, and support documentation for technology and AI tools
  • Collaborate closely with leadership on operational improvements, technology initiatives, and evolving workflows
  • Contribute positively to a collaborative and high-performing office culture
