Graphic Designer
Martin Aquatic is looking for a creative and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio team and help bring our projects to life through visually compelling design.
In this role, you’ll develop high-quality design packages, presentations, and marketing materials that clearly communicate ideas and elevate our brand. You’ll play a key part in transforming concepts, sketches, and technical information into polished, professional deliverables using Adobe Creative Suite – especially in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and internal teams to build cohesive visual stories across projects. From assembling design booklets to curating imagery and refining layouts, your work will directly impact how our ideas are presented and experienced.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys balancing multiple projects, and takes pride in producing clean, thoughtful, and visually engaging work. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our collaborative downtown Orlando office, working on projects located throughout the U.S. and internationally.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong layout, typography, and visual composition skills
- Basic sketching or drawing ability to communicate ideas
- Ability to translate concepts into clear, well-organized visual presentations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familarity with 3D modeling or rendering tools (3ds Max, Maya, Blender, etc.)
- Experience with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office 365, or project management tools
- Exposure to web design, UX/UI, or motion graphics
Responsibilities & Duties
- Create high-quality design packages, presentations, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
- Develop templates, layouts, and booklets in InDesign to support project deliverables
- Edit and enhance renderings, photography, and digital assets in Photoshop
- Create and manipulate vector graphics in Illustrator
- Translate sketches, notes, and direction into clear, professional design deliverables
- Assist in assembling concept and schematic design presentations
- Curate photo libraries, mood boards, and visual references
- Produce hand sketches and layout concepts when needed
- Perform post-production edits to enhance 3D renderings and visuals
- Collaborate with internal teams, manufacturers, and vendors on project-related materials
- Maintain and evolve company design standards across all deliverables
- Manage multiple deadlines while staying highly organized and detail-focused
