Warehouse Manager
We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee our industrial test, mock-up, and storage facility in Orlando, supporting design, engineering, and product development across show fountains, water features, and aquatic systems.
This is a hands-on role — you’ll manage day-to-day safety, equipment, and shipping/receiving operations while serving as the facility’s designated Safety Officer. You’ll operate equipment, support test campaigns alongside engineers and designers, and handle the documentation, training, and vendor coordination that keep the operation compliant and audit-ready.
This is a full-time on-site position based at our facility in Orlando, Florida.
Qualifications & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of facility, warehouse, safety, or industrial operations management experience, or an equivalent combination of trade experience and supervisory responsibility
- OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification (current at hire, or completed within 60 days)
- Strong knowledge of industrial safety practices, including Lockout/Tagout, PPE selection, and hazard analysis
- Proficiency with standard office software and web-based inventory or tracking systems
- Valid Florida driver’s license
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs routinely (75 lbs occasionally) and work in varied physical conditions, including wet, hot, noisy, and chemical environments
- Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid/AED, Lift operator, and Lockout/Tagout certifications within 90 days of hire, and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or Aquatic Facility Operator (AFO) certification within 12 months
- Availability for occasional after-hours response during equipment commissioning, contractor visits, or weather events
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- ASP, CSP, or CHST safety certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP)
- Florida journeyman or master license in electrical or plumbing trades
- Trade background as a millwright, pipefitter, industrial mechanic, electrician, plumber, or similar
- Prior experience in aquatic facilities, themed entertainment, water parks, hotels, or industrial test labs
- Familiarity with show control systems, submersible pumps, VFDs, or water chemistry
- Forklift / powered industrial truck operator certification
Responsibilities & Duties
- Serve as the facility’s designated Safety Officer, with authority to enforce safety standards and issue stop-work orders as needed
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, NFPA, and other applicable safety regulations
- Lead safety orientations, hazard assessments, and incident investigations
- Oversee daily facility operations, including equipment testing, maintenance, and calibration
- Manage equipment inventory, deliveries, and asset tracking
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipping, including domestic and international freight
- Supervise contractors, vendors, and visitors on-site
- Maintain facility logs, training records, and safety documentation
