Revit Drafter

Martin Aquatic is seeking a Revit Drafter to join our production team. This role focuses on supporting project teams by creating detailed Revit drawings, assisting with sheet work, and maintaining accurate documentation. While AutoCAD experience is a plus, proficiency in Revit is required. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a technical degree or AS in drafting/design to grow and gain hands-on experience in Revit-based production.

This is a full-time opportunity based in our Downtown Orlando office.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proficiency in Revit, including family creation, placement, and annotation
  • Familarity with coordinating models in server-based or BIM 360 / ACC cloud projects
  • Basic understanding of linking external models and project coordinate systems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Degree or AS in Drafting / Design or related field
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD (xrefs, blocks, sheetsets) is helpful but not required
  • Experience with Revit sheet creation, templates, and BIM attributes
  • Familarity with Dynamo, Bluebeam, Dropbox, or online project management software
  • Exposure to architectural, landscape, or civil documentation a plus

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Produce detailed Revit drawings for architectural layouts, mechanical systems, and site designs
  • Assist with sheet creation, annotation, and general project documentation
  • Maintain project templates, standards, and libraries
  • Coordinate Revit models with team members and external consultants
  • Learn and adhere to company design standards
  • Support multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
