Martin Aquatic is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our Creative Concept studio. This role plays a critical part in keeping creative projects moving forward by providing structure, visibility, and coordination across multiple active initiatives.
As Project Coordinator, you’ll work closely with creative leadership and designers, and the Creative team to track deliverables, manage tasks, and ensure projects stay on schedule. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing order to complex workflows.
You’ll own key project management tools (including Monday.com), attend meetings to capture action items and next steps, and proactively support teams by monitoring progress and helping remove obstacles.
Qualifications & Skills
- Exceptionally organized with a strong task-management mindset
- Proven experience in project coordination or project management support
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Strong experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, effective communicator who works well across teams
Nice to Have
- Experience supporting creative, design, or production teams
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for file coordination
- Exposure to themed entertainment, architecture, or creative project environments
- PMO or project management certification
Responsibilities & Duties
- Provide internal project coordination and task management support across our Creative team
- Maintain visibility into all active Creative projects and support team through all phases of execution
- Own and manage Monday.com boards, including task creation, assignments, deadlines, dependencies, and status updates
- Track project schedules, deliverables, and action items across multiple concurrent projects
- Attend internal and select external meetings to capture notes, decisions, and next steps, and ensure follow-through
- Proactively monitor progress and flag risks, delays, or mission information to keep projects on track
- Organize and manage project files and documentation, including downloading, organizing, and distributing materials
- Coordinate internally and with vendors to support smooth project flow
- Support parallel project efforts, including multiple projects per park
- Assist with reporting, project updates, and general operational support for the Creative team
- Use Excel and other tracking tools to support schedules, task lists, and overall project organization
