Martin Aquatic is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Business Development Coordinator to support our growing business development, marketing, and sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across teams, and is passionate about creating polished, high-quality proposals and marketing materials. As a key contributor to our growth efforts, the Business Development Coordinator will assist with proposal generation, tradeshow coordination, CRM management, marketing updates, and various administrative and organizational needs that help advance our business objectives.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in proposals, marketing, business development, or a related field
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline
- Strong writing, editing, and document-creation skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Creative mindset with the ability to contribute to content, layout, and presentation design
- Highly organized self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare, edit, and produce proposals and qualification packages
- Update and maintain marketing materials and collateral
- Support marketing tasks including content updates, vendor coordination, formatting documents, and gathering project information
- Maintain accurate client, project, and opportunity data within the CRM
- Track and organize key project details using approved formats (Excel, Word, CRM, online platforms)
- Assist with tradeshow planning, including assembling materials, coordinating deadlines, and preparing collateral
- Conduct research to support proposals, marketing content, and business development activities
- Provide administrative support such as scheduling, document organization, and internal coordination
- Ensure consistent branding, formatting, and messaging across all proposals and marketing materials
- Maintain organized folders, templates, and document libraries for proposal and marketing use
