Graphic Designer

Martin Aquatic is seeking a Graphic Designer to join our Creative Studio team. This role focuses on creating high-quality design packages, presentations, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in graphic design (oran equivalent portfolio) and be able to balance multiple deadlines while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with AutoCAD, 3D modeling software, and other creative tools is a plus.

This is a full-time opportunity based in our Downtown Orlando office.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in graphic design or an equivalent portfolio that demonstrates your skills
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Basic drawing and sketching ability to present and communicate ideas
  • Creativity in translating ideas into effective design concepts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Deadline-oriented with experience balancing multiple projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Familiarity with 3D modeling software (3D Studio Max, Maya, Blender, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Bluebeam, or online project management tools

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Create quality design packages, presentations, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Develop templates, layouts, and booklets in InDesign to support project deliverables
  • Edit and enhance renderings, photographs, and digital assets in Photoshop
  • Create and manipulate vector artwork in Illustrator
  • Produce hand sketches and layouts for presentations when needed
  • Curate photo libraries, mood boards, and reference image sheets
  • Interpret sketches, notes, and direction to create professional design deliverables
  • Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers on project-related content
  • Perform post-production edits to enhance 3D renderings
  • Maintain company design standards across all deliverables and suggest refinements where needed
  • Juggle multiple deadlines while staying organized and detail-focused
