Brand Manager/Senior Designer

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Designer & Brand Manager—or a seasoned Art Director, Brand Lead, or senior-level creative looking for a new challenge—to join our team and lead the creative vision behind the Martin Aquatic, Blue Mar Basins and Ectovox brands. You will serve as the creative lead and guardian of our brands, ensuring all design outputs align with the company’s vision, mission, and aesthetic. This role involves managing high-level creative projects, developing visual branding strategies for both the internal brand and external clients, and producing high-quality deliverables that enhance the company’s market presence. With a strong emphasis on brand consistency, the Senior Designer will oversee design packages, marketing materials, and strategic branding initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses advanced design skills, leadership abilities, and experience in managing creative projects from concept to completion. This individual will collaborate across departments internally to create impactful marketing materials, develop internal standards for the brand, and contribute to the organization’s overall creative direction. This individual will also act a key design leader for external creative clients in developing unique brands from the ground up. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our collaborative downtown Orlando office—where creativity and energy thrive! 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong portfolio of past client work 
  • Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in graphic design, branding, or creative leadership roles 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite with a focus on InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop 
  • Strong conceptual skills to develop unique branding solutions and campaigns 
  • Familiarity with drawing/sketching to create original concepts and visuals 
  • Proficiency in creating brand assets such as logos, typography and visual guidelines 
  • Experience in developing and maintaining brand identity guidelines 
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute multi-channel branding campaigns 
  • Experience in creating marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that align with brand standards 
  • Advanced knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Office 365 and Online project management software 
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of design consistency 
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior designers or team members 
  • Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deadlines 
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Martin Aquatic, Blue Mar Basins and Ectovox brand identity and strategy 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms, materials, and visual assets 
  • Maintain and update the company’s brand standards library 
  • Provide strategic direction for design and branding projects to elevate market positioning 
  • Develop and execute creative deliverables, including design packages, presentations, marketing brochures, and digital campaigns 
  • Design and refine materials such as proposals, client presentations, and newsletters 
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure brand alignment and visual appeal in all outputs 
  • Collaborate with Creative Studio Director / Marketing to plan and execute branding campaigns 
  • Analyze marketing trends and adapt creative strategies to target key audiences effectively 
  • Oversee the creation of promotional materials for events, social media, and client engagement 
  • Source and coordinate with vendors to produce branded promotional materials, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery 
  • Manage multiple creative projects, meeting deadlines and ensuring client satisfaction 
  • Conduct brainstorming sessions to generate innovative concepts and ideas 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to align on project objectives 
  • Provide creative direction for photoshoots or videography when required 
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and design practices to keep Martin Aquatic at the forefront of innovation 
  • Increased brand recognition and consistency across all deliverables 
  • Timely and high-quality execution of marketing and branding initiatives 
  • Positive feedback from internal teams and external clients on branding materials 
  • Measurable contributions to the company’s strategic goals through creative leadership
