Fantasy Springs at Tokyo DisneySea
Urayasu, Japan
Designed 2017
Opened 2024

Located in one of the top theme parks in the world, Tokyo DisneySea, the new port of call Fantasy Springs combines the beloved Disney stories of Peter Pan, Frozen, and Tangled into an immersive 26-acre, Thea-award winning, theme park land. Fantasy Springs takes its name from the major unifying element of fountains and water features found throughout the area. Together with elaborately carved rock sculptures, the water features help to bring to life familiar Disney moments such as Ariel singing on the rocks with waves crashing behind her, or Mickey depicted as the Sorcerer’s Apprentice magically commanding splashing water. Waterfalls, rain curtains, misting nozzles, pools, and fountains help connect the stories of the new land, which boasts four new signature attractions as well as retail, eateries, and a hotel.
