Kings Island Soak City

Located outside of Cincinnati, Ohio, the Kings Island waterpark, Soak City, is adding new aquatic attractions for its guests with the first and only dual-racing water coaster in Ohio and a new kids’ play area. Called RiverRacers, the new coaster launches a pair of 2-person tubes over a heart-pounding drop as they compete in a race to the finish. The nearby kids area, now called Splash River Junction, will include an upgraded water tower splash feature in Bluegill Lagoon, and smaller children can enjoy the seven slides at Salamander Sliders. In addition to the new attractions, Martin Aquatic was responsible for upgrading much of the mechanical equipment for these new pools and existing adjacent waterslides sharing the same pumphouses.
