The Bend

Located in Downtown Chattanooga overlooking the Tennessee River, the Bend is a 120+ acre mixed-use development that revitalizes an old industrial region of the city. The Canal District, the shopping and dining hub, features two fountains each stretching nearly 100 feet long intersected by tree-lined park space. Hovering high above the water, an ornate metal canopy captures the area’s historic charm. Bridges allow pedestrian traffic to stroll both sides of the street. At one end, visitors are invited to pause and relax amidst a 40,000 square foot reflecting pool. The fountain’s south side offers an interactive water feature for splashing and playing.
