The Julian Apartments

Located in Downtown Orlando’s newest live/work/play community dubbed “Creative Village,” The Julian Apartments offer its residents all the modern amenities of an urban mixed-use development, including a heated rooftop pool and terrace. The 2,400-square-foot geometric pool features a shallow sun-shelf on its three sides, allowing for extra seating and even in-water lounge chairs. Positioned over the building’s parking garage, the concrete pool was constructed using a hybrid design of concrete and structural foam in a waffle configuration that significantly reduced the overall weight of the pool basin. From the 10th floor, residents enjoy the pool deck’s lush landscaping and a dramatic view that overlooks the downtown skyline.
