Miramar Cove

Located in South Florida, Miramar Cove is a 125-acre mixed use development that will encompass residential units, office space, retail and dining outlets, and a full-service hotel, all anchored by a 5-acre body of water powered by Blue Mar Basins. While most of the basin will allow for kayaks and non-motorized watercraft, one end is specifically reserved for swimming. This 10,000-square-foot pool includes an island with lounger chairs, featuring themed rockwork along the shared perimeter that separates the pool from the rest of the basin. Central to the development in the middle of the basin is a spectacular show fountain, capable of shooting water to heights of 100 feet, while also spraying in rotating and fanning motions, surrounded by a misting, high-pressure fog system. In the main plaza of Miramar Cove just steps from one end of the basin, a tall interactive water feature invites visitors to enter a maze-like fountain positioned on a grid of hexagons, which can be programmed for limitless entertainment possibilities. Finally, the grand entry to Miramar Cove will feature more than 30 fountain nozzles within the basin that highlight the marquee sign visible to passing motorists.
