Boca West Country Club

Located in South Florida, the private residential country club Boca West invested $45 million in a club-wide improvement program that included the construction of an expansive new aquatics center. Sprawling 96,000 square feet, the landscaped pool deck offers multiple distinct swimming areas for every member of the family, with areas for leisure swimming and competitive swimming. The new space also includes a relaxing outdoor spa courtyard with pool and water features as well as an event lawn and poolside bar & grill.

Anchoring the new aquatics space is the 10,600-square-foot family pool that features a zero entry, aquatic activity areas for basketball and volleyball, as well as an aerobics and teaching space. Three other pools surround the deck including an adult pool with three separate sun shelf “coves” and adjacent underwater bench seating; a 4-lane lap pool stretching 25 yards; and, a toddler wading pool next to a deck-level interactive water feature. Members have access to two different spas, and fountains located throughout the new area provide tranquil ambient sounds as well as illuminating color-changing lights during nighttime hours and private events.
