1200 Broadway

Located just outside of downtown Nashville, 1200 Broadway is a 26-story mixed-use development featuring space for retail, office, parking, and 300 luxury apartments. On the 9th level of the complex, residents have access to an expansive multi-tiered amenity deck with a 66-foot-long heated swimming pool. With an infinity edge on one side, the pool also features an underwater bench running along the outside length of the pool, allowing guests ample space for relaxing.
