Florida Trend Honors Martin Aquatic Again as Part of its Best Companies List

Top 100 Companies to Work For in Florida includes Martin Aquatic for the fourth year

The business publication Florida Trend recently released its annual list of Best Companies to Work For in Florida, highlighting Martin Aquatic as one of the top small businesses. This latest ranking marks the fourth time that Martin Aquatic has been named to this list of 100 companies from around the state.

Martin Aquatic joins just 6 other engineering companies in Florida that made the list, split among Large (250 or more employees), Midsize (50-249), and Martin Aquatic’s category of Small Companies (under 50). The program ranked participants by combining the results of an evaluation of workplace policies and practices with a survey to measure employee satisfaction. Out of 33 Small Companies on the list, Martin Aquatic ranked 25.
